Lacqivo is our POS for hair salons, nail salons and spas — with an AI assistant built in.
Appointment book
See every chair at a glance and drag appointments to move them.
AI receptionist
Type a request in plain words — in English, Korean, Spanish or Chinese — and it finds a free time and books it.
Smart Fill waitlist
When someone cancels, fill the slot from your waitlist.
No-show defense
Spots risky bookings and sends reminders by text. Deposits at checkout are supported.
