Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every program starts with 30 days free with all features, no card needed.
How do I pay for a plan?
Choose the plan inside the program and pay by card on a secure page. The license key goes in automatically.
What is free with Circle Payments?
POS Basic, Android POS and kitchen screens (no device limit) and Inveriq Basic. Other devices and services get a lower price.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. The store server keeps taking orders and payments sync when the internet is back.
Which languages?
English, Korean, Spanish and Chinese — switched instantly, even per employee.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Card data stays in the PAX terminal and the processor; Circle POS never stores card numbers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are month to month. Cancel in the program or ask support.
How do I get remote help?
Download Circle Remote, open it and give the device ID and temporary password to Circle support.
