Agreement

These terms apply to circleposusa.com and to Circle POS software and services. Each software product also has its own license agreement, shown when it is installed; if they differ, the license agreement applies to that product.

Use of our services

Use our services lawfully. Businesses that send texts through Circle must have each recipient's consent and must send only the transactional messages described below.

Text-message program terms

Program: Circle POS notifications. Businesses that use Circle POS send transactional texts from Circle's toll-free number: work notices to employees who signed up, and order updates to customers who opted in. No marketing messages are sent.

Message frequency varies (usually 1-5 messages per order or work shift). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email info@circleposusa.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

Limits

Services are provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, Circle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
