Who we are

Circle POS, Inc. ("Circle", "we") makes point-of-sale, payment and business software for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites, apps and text-message program, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us (name, business name, phone, email), information needed to provide our services to businesses, and, for our text-message program, the mobile number and the record of consent (date, time and the words agreed to).

How we use it

To provide and support our software, to send the transactional messages you asked for (work notices and order updates), to keep records required by law, and to protect our services. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We use service providers only to deliver messages and host our services (for example Microsoft Azure). They may use the information only for that purpose.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at info@circleposusa.com.

Security and retention

We protect information with encryption and access controls, and keep it only as long as needed for the service or required by law.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
